Primary Services:
Complete structural and mechanical inspection of structure.
This includes all areas under roof and/or attached to structure
(i.e. attached garage, enclosed porches, attached decks,etc.)
- Minimum charge for structure under 1500 sq/ft =$235
- Structure at/over 1500 sq/ft but less than 2000sq/ft = $265
- Structure at/over 2000 sq/ft but less than 2500sq/ft = $295
- Structure at/over 2500 sq/ft but less than 3000sq/ft = $325
- Structure at/over 3000 sq/ft but less than 3500sq/ft = $355
- Structure at/over 3500 sq/ft but less than 4000sq/ft = $380
- Structure at/over 4000 sq/ft but less than 4500sq/ft = $405
- Structure at/over 4500 sq/ft but less than 5000sq/ft = $430
- Structure at/over 5000 sq/ft but less than 5500sq/ft = $455
- Structure at/over 5500 sq/ft = $455 + .10 sq/ft above 5500sq/ft.
- Note $35 charge for Pier and Beam Foundation inspections
Additional/Other Services:
- Termite inspection scheduling ($75 paid to Pioneer Termite and Pest Control)
- Visual septic inspection (standard dye/hydraulic test w/ all visible components inspected) = $115
- Certified NAWT septic inspection (complete system test...includes pumping of tank) =$230 plus pumping and disposal charges.
- Outbuilding inspection under 500sq/ft = $50
- Outbuilding inspection at/over 500sq/ft but less than 1000sq/ft = $95
- Spa Inspection = $30
- Swimming pool inspection = $50
- Pool/spa combo = $75
- Water well inspection
(plumbing/wiring, and water test...does not include pulling pump) = $125
- Irrigation system inspection (heads, stations, operation) = $40
- Whole house vacuum system inspection = $45
- Re-inspection fee = $75
- Out of Greater San Angelo Area trip charge = $1.35/mile (one way).
